Mike Simpson and Senator Mike Crapo) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.govtrack.us\/congress\/votes\/118-2023\/h723\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">voted<\/a> <b><u>for<\/u><\/b> the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.govtrack.us\/congress\/bills\/118\/hr2670\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act)<\/a> this last December (2023) which renewed a draconian provision of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.govtrack.us\/search?q=FISA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act)<\/a> laws. This provision is so obviously unconstitutional and counter productive to a free society, that it would, on the surface, appear to qualify as treasonous.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Yet there is ample evidence to show that for any individual to obtain a seat in congress, they must endure a host of conflicts of interest that are foisted upon them which induce them <u>not<\/u> to perform their sacred oath of office to the people they represent.\u00a0 Once entered into this body politic, they are subjected to a process that will generally compromise the conscience of all but the most hardened of patriots.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-c4cae6b elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"c4cae6b\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-bb2f769\" data-id=\"bb2f769\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>How its done<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">The US Constitution forces all expenditure bills to start in the House of Representatives.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-33e5634 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"33e5634\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-ce316e3\" data-id=\"ce316e3\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-58d260b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"58d260b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>As our government has grown, it has become increasingly impossible to give proper oversight over spending.\u00a0 So much so that now, every year, the house is forced into creating\u00a0 a series of gargantuan budget bills that must either be passed or cause key parts of the Federal government to shut down.<\/p><p>The founding fathers forced this control of spending onto the representatives of the people (The House) in order to prevent the government from getting as large and out of control as it has.<\/p><p>The Senate version of the NDAA voted in this last December has<a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/118\/bills\/s2226\/BILLS-118s2226es.pdf\"> text<\/a> that is close to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>300,000<\/strong><\/span> words in length and has had<a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/118th-congress\/senate-bill\/2226\/text?r=367\"> 945 amendments and Zero cosponsors<\/a>!\u00a0 As hard as many representatives have tried to get rid of some of the bad parts of this huge spending bill, the mechanizations of the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.britannica.com\/topic\/military-industrial-complex\"> Military Industrial Complex<\/a> have managed AGAIN to get it passed.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The steady growth of the US government and the corruption of our laws has been going on systematically almost since the time the ink was dry on the US Constitution.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-6d338f2\" data-id=\"6d338f2\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5c02215 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5c02215\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Here is a short list of just a few of the steps taken that I can recall:<\/p><ul><li>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/teachingamericanhistory.org\/document\/the-dissent-of-the-minority-of-the-convention-of-pennsylvania\/\">Pennsylvania Minority Report<\/a>\u00a0sited 14 flaws in the constitution, 10 of which were corrected somewhat by the Bill of Rights.\u00a0 The 4 that were not corrected have proven to have been leveraged quite effectively by all three branches of our government to grow its size, reach, power and cost over time.<\/li><li>Tha passing of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.educatedinlaw.org\/14th-amendment-fraud-are-you-a-citizen-of-your-state-or-a-citizen-of-the-federal-government-or-both\/\">14th Amendment<\/a> after the Civil War which created a &#8220;US Citizen&#8221; infringing on state citizenship and, rather than freeing the slaves, enslaved us all equally to the federal government.<\/li><li>The subtle and covert\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sandystransfer.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com\/WAFraud\/WAFraud.htm\">corruption of many of our state constitutions<\/a> to remove such things as allodial property rights and absolute separation of powers.<\/li><li>The 16th amendment to the US Constitution where <a href=\"https:\/\/thelawthatneverwas.com\/\">proof \u00a0has been offered<\/a> to SCOTUS that this income tax amendment was never properly ratified, yet SCOTUS will not hear the case.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-1e0a1b9\" data-id=\"1e0a1b9\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cf2f807 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cf2f807\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>The passage of the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.archives.gov\/legislative\/features\/17th-amendment\">\u00a017th Amendment to the US Constitution<\/a> removing all state representation from the US Senate.\u00a0 Thjis, by the way, removes the need for a Senate at all, yet we keep the trappings of a bi-cameral house as if to say &#8211; &#8220;nothing to see here&#8221;.<\/li><li>The changing of the<a href=\"http:\/\/hudok.info\/files\/9814\/3526\/0588\/Evi-Doc_01_War_Powers_Act_of_1933_with_highlights.pdf\">\u00a0war powers act of 1917<\/a> by FDR in 1933 causing it to declare that US Citizens are the enemy of the united states.\u00a0 This was the first creation of an emergency which has, to our knowledge, never ceased since that time and has constantly been used to routinely exceed constitutional limits.<\/li><li>The creation of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bja.ojp.gov\/program\/it\/privacy-civil-liberties\/authorities\/statutes\/1286\">FISA act in 1978<\/a>, &#8220;needed&#8221; to &#8220;safeguard&#8221; Americans from federal intelligence agencies abuse of citizen&#8217;s privacy.<\/li><li>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/911nwo.com\/2019\/03\/18\/911-was-an-inside-job-and-a-psy-op\/\">psyop of 9\/11<\/a> that triggered a war and draconian law enforcement powers against &#8220;terrorists&#8221;, the so-called &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/107\/plaws\/publ56\/PLAW-107publ56.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">patriot<\/a>&#8221; act.<\/li><li>The passing of many treaties effectively surrendering our sovreignty to un-elected world bodies.\u00a0 The WHO (World Health Organization) can now detain a person indefinitely for &#8220;health&#8221; reasons withno recourse to &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/wex\/due_process\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">due process<\/a>&#8220;.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-f37fcc2 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"f37fcc2\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-46db854\" data-id=\"46db854\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14d34a2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"14d34a2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The list goes on and on&#8230; and the deeper one looks, the more conspicuously systematic and irreversable are the changes.<\/p><p>Finding good links to validate some of the above list was difficult.\u00a0 We are rapidly losing access to our true history via search engine bias and the overwhelming burial of true facts by false narratives.\u00a0 Centralization of the internet and application of AI could easily remove all proof of how this happened.\u00a0 Still, so far today, it is relatively easy to search and piece together the parts if one really wants to know.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>This brings us to an attempt at a cure.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-819c7c4 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"819c7c4\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-2865b05\" data-id=\"2865b05\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-847f4d6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"847f4d6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We have, at its core, a failure of Justice here.\u00a0 The common law idea of &#8220;do no harm&#8221; has been replaced by the communist mantra of &#8220;the end justifies the means&#8221;.<\/p><p>This has happened largely because the law has been corrupted to no longer define a crime as something that does someone harm and defining the innocent as someone that does not cause harm.<\/p><p>Crimes are now considered to be any violation of a statute regardless of whether or not actual harm is done.\u00a0 It assumes an infinite jurisdiction of government over its people.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>We see this a lot in environmental law but also in family law (no-fault divorce), in traffic law, in tax law, land use law, building permit law, licenses to do anything regardless of how un-harmful or even essential to life that it is, etc.<\/p><p>In our current system, a government officer that violates his oath of office suffers no accountability whatsoever.\u00a0<\/p><p>The US Constitution defines &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/uscode\/text\/18\/2381\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">treason<\/a>&#8221; as:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-d86f03d\" data-id=\"d86f03d\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dfc5b38 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dfc5b38\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><p>The ICGG would contend that violation of an oath of office constitutes an act of treason against the people by whom that officer was elected or appointed.\u00a0 How better could one &#8220;aid the enemy&#8221; than to corrupt the very system that helps us retain our freedoms, independence and prosperity?<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If this simple part of the &#8220;law of the land&#8221; were enforced<\/span>, we would no longer see legislation like the bad parts of the NDAA and FISA passed.\u00a0 All the incentives that give our representatives an excuse to violate their oaths of office would become moot and we would see a rapid restoration of our land.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-2c0166c\" data-id=\"2c0166c\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d5b2d08 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d5b2d08\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The unwinding of this pernicious corruption in justice we see goes back to the BAR association, a legally sanctioned monopoly on the justice system and the institutionalization of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.collinsdictionary.com\/dictionary\/english\/attorn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">attornment<\/a>, (an art of stealing) that has created the environment for legal and judicial corruption, now known as &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pennstatelawreview.org\/the-forum\/lawfare-both-an-existential-threat-to-the-international-rule-of-law-and-an-indispensable-tool-of-american-foreign-policy-in-the-twenty-first-century\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lawfare<\/a>&#8220;.\u00a0<\/p><p>The other part of the cure is a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fija.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fully informed Jury<\/a> and a restoration of the power of the jury in the minds of the average American with limits on the courts to deny that power to the jury &#8211; the direct sampled representative of &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/constitutioncenter.org\/the-constitution\/preamble\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">We The People<\/a>&#8220;.\u00a0<\/p><p>That goal, in turn, can only be cured by removing the centralized form of public mis-education we have and have had for over a century.<\/p><p>It may even require a new language to accurately describe things in a non-ambiguous way.\u00a0 AI could actually help dig us out of the confounding prison of sheer text volume we find ourselves in.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-9221d9f elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"9221d9f\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-6f94ccb\" data-id=\"6f94ccb\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-68c4815 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"68c4815\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" #800080;\">What if voters spent a few hours each election cycle to investigate the issues and candidates for themselves and ignore the one-sheet flyers and adds in the newspapers or on TV.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #800080;\">What if moms and dads each spent a few hours a month teaching their kids personally about the constitution and how law and a republic works?<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #800080;\">What if every voter donated just $5 to their favorite candidate?\u00a0 Might that start to change the focus of politicians in who they represent?<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #800080;\">What if each county could be recoverd to act for the people like<span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"> <a style=\"color: #ff00ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=_EYQYaSF-3c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Shasta County in California<\/a><\/span> did?<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\">The good thing is,<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\"> as the clear consequences of our folly approach us in <\/span><span County Free Press<\/a> just appeared related to this article on the same day as ours was published.\u00a0 Way to go Robert Wicks!<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2bf11f8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2bf11f8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\">I write this letter today, concerned about the path of this country. Our politicians are failing us, even our Idaho congressmen and senators. Each of them voted \u201cyes\u201d on the recent National Defense Authorization Act, which included an extension of the FISA 702 with expanded capabilities. If you don\u2019t follow politics as closely as I do, you may not be familiar with the FISA 702. In a nutshell, it allows the federal government to spy on Americans, and it\u2019s what the FBI used to spy on the President of the United States. The federal government is abusing this law at staggering levels, and once again, Congress failed to rein them in. The so-called FISA court approves these warrantless searches almost without fail, approving all but four requests in 2021.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-b80ac19\" data-id=\"b80ac19\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e64cf12 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e64cf12\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\">So, what can we do? First, we need to recruit a candidate to challenge our spineless congressmen. Congressmen Fulcher and Simpson must go! If they can\u2019t stand up and fight the D.C. swamp, we need new representatives. Unfortunately, we reelected Senator Crapo in 2022, so we will have to wait until 2026 to cast a no vote for him. Second, we need to contact Congress and let them know how closely we are watching. Finally, if you know someone who respects the U.S. Constitution and would make a good congressman, coax them into running.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #008080;\">I, like many of you, voted for Fulcher and Crapo. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. If we want this country to remain free, we must start electing people who believe in the United States Constitution.
