will not fix anything.\u00a0 The law must stand over all.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The word Republic comes from\u00a0the Latin \u201cres publicus\u201d, which literally\u00a0means \u201cThe people\u2019s thing\u201d, which is a reference to law.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Democracy comes from the Greek \u201cd\u0113mokratia\u201d, which means \u201cpopular government\u201d or popular rule.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As James Madison said in Federalist Paper #10: \u201cHence it is that such democracies have ever been \u2026 as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths.\u201d<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This sounds so distant from what we hear today, that we ARE a democracy and that it is so important to preserve it.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">We have been misinformed about both our history and the nature of law.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-8d30849\" data-id=\"8d30849\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Law is not meant to be constantly changing or complex.\u00a0 Simple rules of sane human relationships are all that are needed.<\/span>\u00a0 It was not meant to be an intermediate form of a dictatorship\u2019s wishes, nor was it meant to contradict itself,\u00a0like saying under what circumstances murder by abortion is allowed or that the right of vehicular travel is inherently illegal and must therefore be licensed.\u00a0 It\u2019s for our \u201csafety\u201d, don\u2019t you know.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The core of true law dictates principles of love for each other:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Do not cheat.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Do not steal.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Do not lie.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Do not kill.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">These concepts are never outdated or meant to change.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Like a Pharisee, our governments paint a nice look on the outside while inside lives corruption, bribery, coveting, and murder.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simple and pure democracy, whether representative or direct, has no concept of any limit to majority rule.\u00a0 Law is whatever the people want or will tolerate.
