It is in the interest of a representative democracy to allow equal and full sufferage of anyone that has sufferage.

That includes not only the right to vote but the right to run for office.

The two party system has stabilized American politics at the cost of concentrating too much power into the hands of political parties.

Both Democrat and Republican parties have a kind of symbiotic relationship that have them cooperating with each other to keep other parties or non-party candidates out of the game.

To attempt to help remedy that, and to promote better voter awareness, this page attempts to let our viewers know all the candidates that are running for office whether or not they will appear on the ballot and regardless of party affiliation.

We found Ballotopedia to be a great source for who will be running on the ballot and from there we would like to add to the list any other candidates – especially write-in ones, to our list.

Some candidates like Dan Proskine have been hampered from getting on the ballot and censored from YouTube and other media.

For now we are only handling the state-level candidates for the legislature but hope to add all offices at all levels in the state someday.
